Oh man.
The pub I live down the road from has introduced a vegan meal to its menu. Braised imperial beans with shredded spiced tofu, toasted pine nuts + watercress sprouts. The tofu is shredded over the top, the way you would shred cheese- it’s just such a lovely touch ^_^ If you’re around the markets area of Adelaide, definitely give The Gilbert St pub a suss for their eats :) It really is...
