f1aminko asked: for your anon - i have/had pcos. i found birth control actually made me worse, and i now manage quite well on a mixture of herb tinctures and some homeopathics amongst other dietary things. i would recommend going to see a naturopath, it definitely made a difference to me. the only downside is expense, but it is extremely worth it. best of luck, i have my fingers crossed for you.
