If you actually add your mental diagnoses to your "about me" you should also consider adding "I'm an attention seeker with severe teen angst" to the list as well XD
Yes, of course. Never mind that unlike yourself, I exited my teenage years maturely a long while ago.
I merely put my manic depression up, so people would anticipate “I’M FEELING FAB Y’ALL” to “Fuck my liiiife” swings throughout my blog. It truly is one of the only diagnoses that I have that I feel actually affects my life from day to day (most other things I can deal with by squishing it down on the inside and worrying about it away from people), I feel it’s only fair to let people know that I’m not in fact PMSing 24/7 :P There’s no need for TW, I am who I am, but I’m not going to leave people in the lurch, especially if I’m having a bad day + my mood is inexplicably swinging.
I’m not flaunting anything; being okay with what you’re born with and discussing mental illness shows strength, it’s not attention seeking. I pity you for not having the capacity of letting go of that antiquated stigma :)
Unsurprisingly, the first person to get whingey about my ‘About Me’ is an anon. Sorry I hurt your feels, but I straight up don’t give a fuck about what you have to say about me or my blog :)
Perhaps one day. It’s not really a financially viable option at the moment, especially when I have my own little post boxes that I can use for freeeee ^0^!
I appreciate anon folk wanting to send me mail, but you have to understand how daunting that thought can be, especially after receiving death threats on platform of networking; I would like my private home to be my refuge from anonymous messaging :P
do you penpal anyone on tumblr? any restrictions? or besides pen pal/email, do you have little back and forth conversations with some curious users?
I have a few lovely followers who asked for my postal address so that they may send me some snailish mail; I appreesh! I do like to handwrite letters, there’s something so fun about anticipating something in the mail :D I don’t post my postal address on public forums, so I guess the restrictions would have to be that you’re a Tumblr user/online to contact me for it. I do very much like sweet anons, but I’m afraid anonymous mail ends at Tumblr for me :P
Of course! I can be a bit slack with my inbox, I get distracted pretty easily, but I do like to have little conversations throughout my day. It’s nice, it’s kind of like speed dating, but not skeezy :P
