What preferred pronouns should people use when addressing you? Would it be too invasive to ask what gender you identify as?

I literally don’t mind any pronouns as long as they’re not gender specific. They, them, dude, dogbreath, hey you with the hair on your head- hell, call me ‘it’ if it makes it easier. It really hurts when people think ‘she/her/woman/lady’ are acceptable because they aren’t & haven’t been for a very long time.

I don’t identify as either, for a number of reasons. I’m neutral & I’d like if people addressed me that way. :)
