Oh my gosh, I just let out the most operatic yodel of success.
But, like, I’ve had this pair of 7/8” obsidian mayan eyelets for a basquillion years while my lobes have been all lop sided (I had one reconstructed, and stretched from a 10mm scalpelling, it’s been about six years since I had matching sized ears.)
And I just got them easily into the lobe I recently got to 22mm. I’m wearing a matching pair of jewellery in matching sizes for the first time in six years! Feels good, oh my gosh *0*!

L-R: Lush Ultrabalm (v) for ears & ink, Coconut oil (v) for healed ink, Onetribe Stretch oil (v) for all heavy gauge holes, BioOil (v) for downsizing, Holey Butt’r (v) for wintery ears, Emu Oil for wet healing, stretching & conch punches. I’ve tried a lot of products, and these are the star performers for me. I definitely recommend them ^_^

Generally speaking, they/them are sure-fires. I, personally, don’t mind being called Zeke or Z (read: Zee) in place of she/he, I’m not much of a fan of ‘Zir/Zhe’ but some people like them.

I’m pretty okay with general descriptive words like creature/elf, dude/babe/poophead but these are all things that should be checked with each person who has different pronouns because everyone has different attitudes to slang. The best way to research preferred pronouns is to just ask the person you’re curious about, they won’t be offended if you’re being politely curious :)

Very rarely am I too awkwarded out to speak, but today’s friend took the cake.

I was waiting outside Alex’s work, when an older male sat down next to me on the bench. His english was poor, but he was very friendly & complimented the way I looked. I accepted the compliments as nicely as I could, as a socially awkward weirdo, before he started asking where I was from & told me he was from Dubai, which was cool because I have some pals over there myself, when out of nowhere, he asked if he could take my photo.

I obliged politely and thought that would be it, until he wanted to get a photo with the two of us, and couldn’t take it himself. He flagged down a random dude, and asked if he’d take the picture- as soon as the kid had the camera in his hand, my Dubai friend put his arm around me and pulled me in. Another photo was taken, and this was the point when he grabbed my arm & placed it over his shoulder for the picture. At this point, I was paralyzed with “HOLY SHIT UR IN MY PERSONAL ZONE”, when Alex appeared like a miracle & I did the whole “Oh, boyfriend is here!” routine.

The guy got up, shook Alex’s hand & then told him that he should look after me because if he doesn’t, he knows karate & at that point we bid him farewell as politely as we could.
That’s the last time I wait on a bench without sunglasses & headphones in, I tell you!
